Look! No sales pitch!
Traditionally, when taking on a new property for sale, we’re invited by the vendors to value the property and pitch for their instruction. But sometimes, we’re instructed to sell a property without having to make a pitch at all, and this is exactly what happened for us recently.
Whilst showing a potential buyer around one of our listed properties for sale, they also made the decision that they wanted Elizabeth Hunt & Associates to sell their property for them – no sales pitch required. Their decision was based upon the customer care and service that we gave them whilst viewing the property they were interested in and the rest, as they say, is history! One new instruction; one happy vendor!
It just goes to show that you can have the best properties, the best marketing, the best shop front in the world but what it all boils down to is customer service.
